All Commonwealth developing countries including Nepal
- 1Be a citizen of a Commonwealth country (Nepal is a member of the Commonwealth)
- 2Be currently resident in a Commonwealth developing country
- 3Have a Bachelor's degree with high academic standing
- 4Not hold New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency
- 5Demonstrate clear development impact goals
Application Process
Submit application through the NZ Commonwealth Scholarship portal
Obtain a conditional offer from a New Zealand university (required before applying)
Submit academic transcripts, CV, and 3 professional references
Write a development impact statement (how studies will benefit your home country)
Medical and police clearance (for shortlisted candidates)
