Also, is PTE accepted as an alternative?

Hello, I am preparing for an English proficiency test and can't decide between PTE Academic and IELTS Academic. Both seem to be accepted by universities in Australia, UK, and Canada. I've heard PTE is computer-based and results come faster but the format is different. Which is generally easier for Nepali students and which has a higher pass rate?
